The place was reasonably priced. Our stay here was comfortable, decent base for exploring Leeds. The staff was welcoming, exceptional all the time. Its location was very central, a short walk to Holy Trinity Church. There were shopping centres and a market around the hotel. The downstairs bar was good.

Very good budget place with brilliant staff, everything was very good. Very central location short walk to the Arena, other bars and shops and short walk from station, it was in a nice area. Plus, an art gallery was close by.

Location was optimal, room was bright and en suite. A characterful base for nightlife in Leeds. The beach nearby was perfect and the view was particularly nice. The service was special too. Hotel was distinctive, I enjoyed it.

Stunningly beautiful view of sea. Fine breakfast, terrific service. Central location, within walking distance of kirkgate market. The weather was lovely, had special stay.

Didn't like the area, it was not very nice.

Pretty building, excellent design. All staff was funny, resolved my issues. I really enjoyed my room, it was airy and welcoming with two single beds. Generally everything was perfect, yet the bathroom was way too small. Premier location to leeds town hall.
